I am Tiffany Blasa, sole creator of Wild Roots. I am a licensed physical therapist who chose to follow my heart during the pandemic. While I loved helping others heal I was missing life with my children and felt confined by our medical system.

I joined the yoga teacher training program at River Bend Yoga and became reacquainted with my true self. I realized I had put aside my love for nature and creating and dove into gardening/herbal books and courses.

I went back into the woods like I did as a child.

I tore up our yard and slowly created a beautiful medicinal garden.

Wild Roots was created by my new rekindled passions. Through my products and yoga I can still help people, just in a different way, my own way. The way my heart has lead me.

It all began with my dandelion cuticle balm and has grown to encompass hair, face, and skin care as well as herbal foods products. I strive to use herbs that I grow and are native to my area to be more symbiotic with our local flora.
