Herbal Vinegars

The benefits of using herbal vinegars in foods and cleaning supplies has been known for hundreds of years.  These vinegars are infused with herbs grown in my garden adding flavor to your foods.  Add vinegar and oil for a healthy vinaigrette, or just splash flavored vinegar on your salad for a tasty dressing.  These oils can be used to flavor roasted vegetables, added to salads such coleslaw or potatoe salad, or add to soups for extra flavor.  The possibilities are endless.  
Note: Chive blossom and blackberry vinegars 
             contain a white vinegar base
             Four Thieves and Scarborough Fair   
              contain an apple cider vinegar base
